Jessica joined Wessels Law Office (now Wessels & Liebau) in 2016. She is a graduate of Marquette University Law School (cum laude) and of St. Norbert College (summa cum laude). Jessica is on the board of the Elder Law and Special Needs Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin, and is the Editor of the Elder Law and Special Needs Journal of Wisconsin. Jessica is the chair-elect of the Wisconsin chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA and WI-NAELA) for 2022-2023. She is also a member of the local bar associations for Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington, and Sheboygan counties. 


Volunteer work is a fundamental part of practicing law at Wessels & Liebau, LLC. Jessica volunteers her time with numerous local organizations. In particular, she is on the Boards of Directors of Balance, Inc. and the Mequon Nature Preserve. She is a member of the Life Navigators, Inc. Trust Committee, and a past president of the Mequon-Thiensville Chamber of Commerce. Jessica also enjoys finding places to volunteer garden with her son and daughter.

She focuses her practice primarily in the areas of elder law, special needs planning, estate planning, guardianship, guardian-ad-litem (GAL), estate and trust administration, and fiduciary litigation. She is a trained elder law mediator as well as an experienced litigator in the areas of guardianship, adult-at-risk restraining orders, elder abuse cases, and trusts and probate matters.
