Questions, concerns, difficult decisions.
We are here to help.

It's hard to think about what will happen if you or a loved one needs long term care. It's easier if you have help from someone who knows the ropes.

Our firm is here to help you. With over 40 years of combined experience, we're dedicated to making sure that you get the information you need and the representation you deserve.  Attorney Carol Wessels is an elder law attorney who has worked with seniors, their families, people with special needs, and other lawyers for over 30 years. Attorney Jessica Liebau is an elder law attorney with over 10 years of experience serving seniors and families planning for benefits.

Our clients have questions about long term care, Medicaid, Family Care, special needs trusts, elder care, Medicare and other benefits, guardianship,  and elder abuse. These can be incredibly complicated, stressful situations.

Our estate planning attorneys work with clients of all ages who have estate planning needs, and we represent trustees in administering trusts. We handle probate matters as well.

Our priority is to answer your questions and explain these legal issues in a way that they will make sense to you.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OUR MEDICAID CLIENTS!
